Discount Tire

Been bringing our cars here for a while now. The customer service has always been great. On a visit earlier this year some damage was done to the wheels on one of our cars, and this is where their response will keep us coming back. Everyone I spoke with about it—from the sales reps to the techs and the manager—was professional, understanding, and worked with me to develop a plan to fix the issue. Accidents can happen, but it’s the response that matters. The response of the staff at this Discount Tire exceeded my expectations. So a big THANK YOU to James and the crew!

Couldn't be happier with the repairs I got done here. Originally went in just for a patch. They thoroughly looked over my tires, and helped me make the informed decision to just replace them. Pricing is fair and the employees are more than willing to assist you and answer your questions. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

Made an appt to go in and have my tire looked at. All it needed was a patch. They didn’t try to upsell me at all, in fact, the patch was complementary. These folks here are very genuine and good at what they do. Rowan and the rest of the team really took care of me. Will definitely come back here when we are in need of tires! Highly recommend this tire shop

Pulled in on a Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, due to a nasty noise coming from one of my RV's wheels. They were obviously busy and I expected to be told I would have to come back on Monday. Instead, Braedon and Lenny assurred me they could have it looked at before closing. Sure enough, just before 5pm they were finished. A pebble had become lodged between the brake disk and backing plate. The mechanic was able to remove it and determine no damage had been done. He also checked all my tire pressures. The bill came to exactly zero. What awesome service! I've done a lot of business over the years with Discount Tire and their associated company, TireRack.com. I have been and will remain a loyal customer due to both companies' outstanding customer service, quality products and great prices.

I had an outstanding experience with Discount Tire last night, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Greg. I had a blowout on the road, and he truly came to the rescue. Greg stepped in without hesitation, removed the blown-out tire, and installed my spare quickly and safely. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a stressful situation meant everything.Greg is an absolute lifesaver. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but he did exactly that. Thanks to him, I was able to get back on the road with peace of mind.Discount Tire is lucky to have someone like Greg on their team, and I’m extremely grateful for the exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others!
